Cancellation/
Reschedule
We totally understand that life happens — things come up, kids get sick, and schedules shift. Out of respect for your stylist’s time (and the guests waiting for openings), we ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the total services booked.

RESCHEDULES made within 48 hours will incur a $50 rebooking fee.
These fees help cover the time and product prepared just for you. Fees are charged to the card on file or invoiced by email and must be settled before your next visit can be booked.
No-call/
No-show
If you miss your appointment without notice, a 75% fee of the total services booked will be charged.
After a no-show, a $50 rebooking fee will be required to schedule again. We promise it’s never personal — your appointment time is valuable, and we truly appreciate your understanding and respect for it.
Illness
If you’re feeling under the weather, please don’t come in (we appreciate that more than you know!). That said, short-notice cancellations still impact the schedule, so appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance due to illness will be charged 50% of the total services booked.
We’ll happily help you reschedule once you’re feeling better — and the cancellation fee has been taken care of. Your health (and ours) always comes first, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we balance care with keeping the business running smoothly.
