Cancellation/
Reschedule

 

Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

 

Cancelling within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total of services booked. Fee will be charged immediately to the card on file. If there's no card on file, an invoice will be sent via email. Fee must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

 

Rescheduling within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a $50 rebooking fee. Fee will be charged immediately to your card on file. If there's no card on file, an invoice will be sent via email. Fee must be paid before appointment can be rescheduled.

No-call/
No-show

A no-call/no-show will result in a no-show fee of 75% of the total of services booked. Fee will be charged immediately to the card on file. If there's no card on file, an invoice will be sent via email.

 

After a no-show, a $50 rebooking fee will be required to schedule another appointment. Fee will be charged immediately to the card on file. If there's no card on file, an invoice will be sent via email. Fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

Illness

We understand and recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic is hard on everyone, and there are a lot of unexpected challenges that arise. We also don't want you coming into the salon if you're sick. If you need to adjust your scheduled appointment with short notice due to a COVID-19 challenge or illness, a $50 rebooking fee will be charged. $25 of this fee will go toward your future appointment. Fee will be charged immediately to the card on file. If there's no card of file, an invoice will be sent via email. Fee must be paid before appointment can be rescheduled.
